  • Park Macon is a public operation of the Macon-Bibb County Urban Development Authority. All revenue generated by the parking management program pays for 1) the cost of administering the program, and 2) reinvestments into the downtown accessibility and streetscape improvements.

Appeal Citations

Citation appeals are processed via GTechna. Follow the link below or visit the office to use the kiosk terminal.

  • You may appeal the citation online via the Gtechna portal or in the office at our kiosk. No appeals will be handled over the phone or via email.

  • You will need your citation number, license plate number, contact information and evidence of the validity of your appeal. Photos are very helpful in resolving any issue.

  • The appeal will be reviewed by Park Macon management and a decision will be made by the parking administrator.

  • Most appeals will be reviewed and resolved within 3-5 days.

  • All decisions will be shared with the customer via the email provided at the time of appeal.

  • If the citation is dismissed you will be notified via email and the ticket will be removed from your record.

  • If the citation is upheld you will be notified via email and the ticket will remain on your record as an outstanding ticket needing to be paid.

  • If there is still a dispute, a request can be made in writing to have the situation reviewed by the Operations Manager of the Urban Development Authority. The appeal request should include evidence as to why the appeal should be upheld. Such requests would need to be made within 30 days of denial and submitted to the Urban Development Authority at 700 Poplar St., Macon GA 31201

  • The ticket stands and will be held on your account for payment.
